Jen and Sean 5-9-09

Jen and Sean had us come over to Indianapolis for the day to do their wedding. We are so glad you did. These two know how to party. They stopped off for a drink in between the ceremony and reception. Mike got to go along and shoot some footage of the festivities. The reception was a blast. Jen and Sean had a live band, 56 Daze. They were awesome. Thanks Tony for hooking us up to your system. The photographers, Randy and Joanna, were incredible. They let us use two lights at the reception. The lights were so great we have two on order. Thanks guys. Jen and Sean are a great couple. Congratulations!

Here are a few screen shots from the HD cameras.

PS It was great to see you again Scott and Krista. (Scott and Krista were the great couple who starred in one of our award winning highlights).

Brutus and Phase Two Productions

At Saundra and Nathan's wedding, Brutus the Buckeye made a guest appearance. The photographer, Scott Revis, took a pic of Mike and I with Brutus. Awesome. Thanks Scott for the pic.

They look great together. Saundra's mom had a special surprise for them at the reception. . .Brutus the Buckeye made a special appeareance. It was great and a crowd pleaser. Nice touch Connie! The DJ was our friend Matt Cross (he alwas puts on a great party) and the photographer was Scott Revis. Always nice to work with the two of them. Congratulations Saundra and Nathan!

Brandy and Francisco 4-25-09

Brandy and Fracisco had a beautiful wedding at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Mike and I were very honored to do this ceremony. Francisco's family could not come up from Mexico to share their special day. We were able to document the entire ceremony and his family will be able relive each moment as if they were at the wedding themselves. Mike was able to be down on the floor for this one. I shared the balcony with their great photographer, Jacquelynn Buck. Jacquelynn sent me the link to their photos. . .she did an awesome job. Here are a few screen captures from our high definition cameras.

Sarah and Nick 4-4-09

Sarah and Nick kicked off the 2009 season on April 4, 2009. The wedding was in Columbus at a really nice church right out of downtown. The reception was at the Columbus Anthenaeum. It was the most unique reception we have been to in a while. Sarah and Nick had Jose as the DJ. The dude rocks!! It was our third time with Jose and Sarah was the third sibling of the family for us. We were honored to do her wedding along with her brother and her sister. Sarah was the first wedding in high definition. It looks incredible. Here are a couple of screen shots. This are straight from the video camera (not a still camera).

Wedding Season Underway!

Mike and I have new HIGH DEFINITION cameras. each wedding we do this year will be in high definition through the shooting and editing process. So far. . .words cannot describe how the footage looks. I'll keep you posted.

P2P Does Music Videos!

Dale Oakley is one of my best friends. I have known him since I was like...born. He has been working on a Country Music Album called "Big Dreams & Empty Pockets" and he recently debuted the new single from the album at Moraine Meadows Elementary School. It's called "That's My Mom" and the students at the school got to help Dale sing it. Dale asked Phase Two to come and shoot the event and we ended up with enough footage for two videos. Check them out!

Having Fun At Fairborn High!

I graduated from Fairborn High School in 1991 and I never thought I'd be able to come back and be an instructor...but that is what I'm doing now. I've been helping the students in the Digital Media II classes. The goal is to get them interested in being in the Media Club that will begin next year. I have been showing them how to shoot news stories and interviews. My first week was very rewarding and a whole lot of fun! I look forward to the next few weeks that I'm there and turning these students into video producing machines. I have also made a few videos for FHS. The first is a promo for the "Hall of Honor" event that happens on April 24. The second is a recap of the Senior vs. Faculty games.

Phillipsburg Children's Theater

For the past three years Mike and I have shot the children's theater for Phillipsburg Elementary. This year was "Pirates". It was a great performance. The kids really stepped it up this year. It's also a little sad because this could be the last event for the children's theater. Northmont has decided to close Phillipsburg Elementary School. We hope you do it again Mrs. Dillon. By the way, Mrs. Dillon was my fourth grade teacher.

Here is Mike and I with Mrs. D.

A Wedding Greeting

Don't you just love it when things seem to work out right? I recently booked a wedding for Ashley West. In our discussions, Ashley told me her brother Jason will miss her wedding 'cause he is heading to Iraq. Ashley and Jason are really close. I decided to schedule time with Jason to record a message to Ashley. I called Sandra Reed who is Ashley's photographer to see if she wanted to come out and take a few pictures of Jason. Thanks for joining me Sandra. The pictures look great. Jason has my respect and appreciation for doing what he does. Come home safe Jason.

Weddding Vows Audio Example

I wanted to post a couple of examples of a few different things. You see the highlights video example below this post. This is an example of the clarity of the audio for your vows. We use wireless microphones on the groom, the officiate and and readers. This video is a good example of how you can hear everything clearly. The sound of your day is as important as the video. This is something brides don't often get when they ask a friend or a family member to record their day.

Videography provides the sight sound, motion and emotion of a wedding day. Nothing else will capture all of these for you on one of the most important and memorable days of your life.

Example of a Highlights Video

I wanted to show everyone an example of one of our three to five minute highlights videos. This is included in our basic package. It's a great way to show friends and family your day in a short version. It is set to music, kinda like a music video of your day. This is Kate & Casey's highlight video. They had a great event. An awesome sparkler exit from the reception.

We are also including versions of these for your iPod for FREE in 2009!
